We are able to repair or re instal your fibre optic cabling and devices within the boundary of your property. We do not offer an "INTO NETWORK" diagnostic or repair service out side of any contractual works in progress. What this means for you, If the fault lies in the network, "(Street Cab / Chamber)"" or further down the line on your Operators network, Your ISP will need to arrange a service visit from the network operator.

Most ISP's will install to the nearest access point of your property, this is not always the best location and may not be where YOU want your service located. We can relocate your service point to your preferred location within your property. If you have damaged or unsightly cabling, we are experts at concealing cabling wherever possible to maintain clean, tidy and, in most cases, invisible installations.
